Conveyor paint & powder coat system

Five (5) stage iron phosphate conveyor metal preparation cleaner, dry-off oven and two (2) baking ovens in parallel or series. (The ultimate required for providing a good, reliable bond between metal substrates and paint finish.) The conveyor has a variable speed drive adjustable for baking time and temperature. Uses conventional air, airless and electrostatic spray guns for conventional and textured painting in a enclosed, filtered and windowed spray booth. We are specialists on texture painting for outside panels which require top quality cosmetic appearance. Solvent base, water base paint along with powder coating is available. We have hardness, gloss, adhesion, and thickness testing for quality control.
